Return Policy
At Buffalo Fashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items purchased through our e-shop within five (5) working days from the date you receive your order, provided you have proof of purchase.
Important Notes:
- Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not refundable. They can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (with the customer covering any price difference).
- Returned items must be in excellent condition, including original tags, free from damage or wear in their original packaging.
Return Options & Costs:
- You may return products directly to our warehouse at Sofokli Venizelou 30, 72100 Aghios Nikolaos, Crete, along with your proof of purchase.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or wrong size choice), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Procedure:
- Please inform us about returning your products by providing us the tracking code you’ll receive from your carrier of choice.
