At Buffalo Fashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items purchased through our e-shop within five (5) working days from the date you receive your order, provided you have proof of purchase.

- Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not refundable. They can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (with the customer covering any price difference).
- Returned items must be in excellent condition, including original tags, free from damage or wear in their original packaging.

- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
