Return Policy

At Buffalo Fashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items purchased through our e-shop within five (5) working days from the date you receive your order, provided you have proof of purchase.

Important Notes:

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not refundable. They can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (with the customer covering any price difference).
Returned items must be in excellent condition, including original tags, free from damage or wear in their original packaging.

Return Options & Costs:

You may return products directly to our warehouse at Sofokli Venizelou 30, 72100 Aghios Nikolaos, Crete, along with your proof of purchase.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or wrong size choice), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Procedure:

Please inform us about returning your products by providing us the tracking code you’ll receive from your carrier of choice.
